Details of our return policy
- Return period: 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
- Product conditions: Must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Customized products: Returns of customized products are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- Exchanges: Subject to the availability of the desired product.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products.
- Defective products: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
